[bug-gs] pdf2ps ouput can not be loaded into Adobe Illustrator 10

I am running GS 7.04 gswin32c.exe downloaded
from sourceforge.
Attached is the input pdf(card.pdf)  and the output ps (card.ps)
When I use pdf2ps on the above pdf the resulting card.ps
file fails to load into Adobe Illustrator 10.
I also ran it through Adobe Distiller 5
In AI 10 I get MPS Parser error
In Distiller I get failed to parse postscript.
Any Ideas
