[fitz-dev] old prototype source available

I've imported Raph's prototype code for fitz into cvs.ghostscript.com so 
it's available now (under GPL) to anyone who is interested. It's very 
rough, and the real implementation will start fresh, so this is just for 
reference.

We're also using the pdf parser from the prototype as the basis for a 
bitstream extraction tool for our jbig2dec project.
