[Gs-code-review] remove Current.htm

For the 6.53 GPL release, I removed Current.htm, and now would like to 
do the same for the AFPL branches. It hasn't been updated since the 5.50 
release, and generally the 'new features' and 'know problems' it's 
intended to describe are covered by News.htm (and Changes.htm).

Log message:
Removes the somewhat redundant Current.htm from the documentation.

This is intended for both HEAD and the the 7_0X branch. The attached 
patch removes mentions of the file in other documentation.
