Log:
Mark some 'setflat' issues as OK. I will be replacing some of the CPSI
output after "unlocking" setflat (so that CPSI implements, rather than
ignoring setflat). Also remove (*JS) that didn't mean anything. Update
explanation on 30-01-1 from Peter.
