The log message of rev 7114  reads :
"Fixes CET 18-02A p4 and others".

This statement appears wrong.
The change doesn't affect CET 18-02A .
Instead that it fixes these pages :

09-47D-2.ppm
09-47D-6.ppm
09-47E-2.ppm
09-47H-1.ppm
09-47H-2.ppm
09-47M-2.ppm
09-47M-3.ppm
23-12W-5.ppm

Also it causes a performance regression with 
09-47L.PS 
09-47M.PS
due to disabling the revision  1482 change 
(5 years, 5 months ago by igorm) for the even-odd filling rule.
