[Gs-devel] Devicen N color support development.

At Miles' request, here is a snap shot of the Device N color
development.

The enclosed zip file has three files.  The first file is a
massive diff file showing changes in the currently existing
files.  The zip file also includes two new files.

At this snap shot, the Device N color support is only partially
complete.  This sets up much of the basic support structure.
This version enables Device N color for the current devices
except for halftoning.  Thus for an RGB display, this code
would, for example,  handle a Device N color consisting of
red and green.

Features missing:

1.  halftoning - under development.
2.  clist support - next
3.  spot color support - partially present.  Requires devices
with support color support.  (Example bit devices will be
created.)
4.  over print support - requires compositor creation.
5.  PDF writer support.
