The default settings for the Microsoft Window PostScript driver
is for pages to NOT be independent.  To change this, you need
to set the the driver to "Optimise for Portability (ADSC)".

Without this, to print page 4 you will need to print pages 1-4.

psselect is a command line tool for extracting pages from a DSC 
compliant PostScript file.  GSview is a GUI Windows program which
can do the same thing.
