There's two more new bugs that I just entered from the same customer who
reported this one.

422532: coredump trying to handle shared-fill
422534: halftones mangled on pdf->pcxcmyk

I've confirmed them both with HEAD.

In all three of these bugs, the customer has supplied some patches, that
while not complete, might help whoever is going to fix the problem.  I
can provide them and the files that trigger the bugs if anybody needs
them.

On that note, is there a web accessible archive of the
support at artifex.com list?  Even a private one?  Or are all the
developers getting the support email, so I can just reference specific
messages?
