[Gs-devel] 6.52 release candidate

Likewise, I have a release candidate for the GNU branch available for 
testing. If no one complains, this will become the official GNU 
Ghostscript 6.52 sometime tomorrow.

I'd also appreciate it if someone could do a win32 build.
Macos builds still don't work.

The major updates to this involve build fixes, including the time.h 
issue with glibc 2.2. We're expecting to do a 6.53 pretty soon after 
this, mostly with updates from the gs-cjk project.
