[gs-devel] ghostscript 7.20rc2 available for testing

I've put up a new release candidate for the the 7.20 release. This will 
not be the final version; cvs2hist is misbehaving and we haven't been 
able to track down the problem. However, I wanted to make the build 
system updates available for another round of testing in the meantime.
