Just to clarify:  the clipart collections I have used in the past usually
have permissions that allow you to use individual pieces, but I don't think they
mention modification, which of course would be necessary to publish them
under the GPL.  Also, they often have a limit on how many pieces of clip
art can be included for free, and we are talking about over 100 pieces here,
maybe.  I don't know how much of this is clip art and how many the person did
themselves or got from other sources.

If the clipart permissions are actually compatible, we might want to include
the notice so that people know what the rules are.
