[gs-devel] Broken ps2epsi.bat and ps2epsi.cmd

Russell,

You had mentioned that the DOS and OS/2 ps2espi.bat and ps2epsi.cmd
scripts were broken.

Clearly they don't work quite identically to the ps2epsi shell script,
but are they truly broken, and if so, how?

Ralph (eagerly?) removed these from the 7.05 GPL release on your
statement that they were broken, but for the HEAD branch, I'd like
to know more so we can fix them or drop them.
