User complains that several asserts are still present in the optimized
Windows build.  Russell is waiting for a test file to track them down
and will fix the other issues raised.

#687793 - USER - Processing of pdfmarks related to document content structure

User would like Ghostscript to support the PDF 1.3 pdfmarks relating
to document structure so that they are included in the output PDF
file.

#687795 - USER - gs 8.32 gdevpcfb.c does not compile under SCO ODT 2.0

The user has attached patches to fix Ghostscript building under SCO ODT.

#687796 - INTERNAL - pdfinflt.ps creates an incomplete PDF
