#687798 - USER - Support For Modern Illustrator PDFs

Waiting for test files.  User has responded that he is preparing some.

#687799 - USER - Specifying spool name causes GDI error for some printers.

If a printer spool name has a space in it the following error occurs:
Couldn't open Windows GDI printer driver.

#687800 - USER - %%ViewingOrientation not processed by pdfwrite

When user tries to convert the attached PostScript file into PDF with
today's GS HEAD (after ray patch) the resulting pdf file has all pages
portrait.  Adobe Distiller and Jaws PDF Creator both convert this
document just fine.

		     over sentences

Printing pswrite output to level2 printers results in additional
characters printed.  Output to level3 printers works fine.

#687802 - CUSTOMER - ghostscript hangs processing pdf file

The attached customer file causes Ghostscript to hang or enter an
infinite loop.  Or possibly, it just requires an unacceptable length
of time to process.  The customer reports that the final file
positions claimed to be read are 6140995, 6144650,and 6140996 which
appears to be related to object 1072's stream containing
/RelativeColorimetric.  Reproduced with a recent CVS HEAD.

#687803 - CUSTOMER - image missing in distilled output

After distilling the attached customer file, images (on the right
side) are missing from almost every page.  I've also attached the
Acrobat generated output for reference. Reproduced on recent CVS HEAD.

#687804 - USER - GPL 8.15 build problems on HP-UX

User reports several errors attempting to build Ghostscript 8.15 on
HPUX using native cc.

User reports using encryption causes bookmarks to be incorrect.
Unencrypted, the file is fine.

Attached file from the customer fails to render using 8.15 or CVS
HEAD.  It exits with the error message: Error: /invalidfont in
-- at 0x1e36c--.  Acrobat Reader is able to view this file without
problems.
