[gs-devel] Image resolution not preserved

Thanks for the help, Ken and dingodog.  

I should have mentioned that I'm using Ghostscript 8.64 on Ubuntu 9.10.  I
will create a simple test version of my file that reproduces the problem and
make it available to the list.
