[gs-devel] iccprofiles dir

Appologies for not getting this sent before the merge ....

Given that the iccprofiles dir gets included in the rom, gs should
search for it in the Resource dir when COMPILE_INITS=0, just like
it does for the existing ColorSpace dir, et al.

COMPILE_INITS=0 is an important and very common use case. And given
that everything else is found there -- including the existing, PS
ColorSpaces -- one could even characterize it as a regression that
iccprofiles is not searched for there.
