[Gsview] Starting with gsview HOW?????

You probably started with gsv36w32.exe, a self extracting archive 
(zip) which installs GSview and adds it to the start menu.
If you unzipped it instead of running it, look for setup.exe or 
os2setup.exe.

The Ghostscript Readme on the Start Menu has links to all the 
Ghostscript documentation.

It is much easier to use GSview which provides a more standard 
Windows interface.
