[Gsview] Starting with gsview HOW?????

One of the "helpful" features of Windows explorer is that by default, 
the extension of programs is hidden so it become hard to tell which 
are programs, which are icons etc.

The top directory in the zip file contains Readme.htm and the 
install progam setup.exe.  If you want to run GSview without 
installing it, the file is gsview\gsview32.exe
