[Mac-gs] macgs source

Hi everyone,

Raph's asked me to do some work on the MacOS side of ghostscript, and
I'd like to collect all the source and build stuff we've got and see about
cleaning it up and getting it into mainline cvs.

The main documentation still refers to the 5.50 release and files, but we
also have macgs-shlib builds from 6.0 and 6.5 on the wisc ftp site. I
found source for the 6.0 build, but not for 6.5.

Jeff, you mentioned working on this in December. Are those your binaries?
And if so could you please upload the source as well?

Also we'd talked about getting MacGSView into cvs as well. If you're still
interested, please send me (or post) a copy of the current source and I'll
be happy to take care of the import.
